L. ARDEN was started in New York City in 1990, with the concept of locally manufacturing HVAC related products. The company’s focus was based on equipment often requiring long lead times and generally made out of state.

Our equipment rails and roof curb product line was initiated on this principle of providing quality custom products made locally and expediently. Over the years, our product line has grown substantially.

To meet our growth, we have expanded our manufacturing and warehousing facility in Paterson, New Jersey to over 60,000 square feet.  

This was in order to provide our customers with greater on-hand stock and  broader line of product availability.  We are confident that we can provide the equipment rail, curb or pipe curb to meet your job requirements.

Whether it’s a stock rail or a specific item we are capable of designing and engineering it to meet your specifications. One example of this is our Seismic Equipment Rail, where we can provide the engineering for specific site applications with full documentation prior to manufacturing. Our products are manufactured in-house including special orders to provide better control of lead and delivery times for our customers.
